The first time you access the archive you need to REGISTER HERE

You will be asked for your Subscription Reference. This is your Guild membership number. Yoiur membership number is printed on the address label of your Journal when it arrives in the post. The archive will cross check with our system to ensure you are a current member. You then enter your email address and a password of your choice. You will need these for your next login.

PLEASE NOTE: If your membership is not up to date you will not be able to register. If you believe your membership is current and your membership number is not accepted, please use the Contact Us tab at the top right of this page.

When you log in you will be presented with the cover page of the most recently published Journal. Click on this and it will open up to all the decades that have been archived. (Note there are one or two issues missing at present while we complete preparations.)

Note the search box at the top right hand corner of the screen. If you are at the top level the search will cover the entire archive, if you are at a decade level it will search that decade. Give it a try.

The next time you want to access the archive, you just CLICK HERE

You only need to enter the email address and password you used last time. Remember that subscriptions expire on 30th June. You have a grace period until 30th September to renew, after which you will need to re-register.
